Our smoked fresh daily meat supply is first come-first serve! When we sell out for the day that's it until the next day. Please understand that our goal is fresh food and we limit any waste and forecast a set amount of meat to smoke on a daily basis.
Additionally, 1/2 chickens are ready around noon and ribs around 2pm. Pulled pork and briskets are smoked the day prior, wrapped and rest in a warming oven over night until it's cut to order or pulled the next day. The other meats are smoked and ready before we open for the day.

Our twist on a classic featuring beer-battered fries, smoked pulled pork, and cheese curds topped with sauerkraut and Jagen sauce.
Fresh, Daily Hickory Smoked BBQ
Premium Midwest-raised Stockyard Black Angus beef, Midwestern pork, and much more, smoked low and slow to juicy perfection.
German Style Dishes
House-made specialties including our signature made from scratch sausages, pork ribeye schnitzel, rouladen, German style poutine, and many side dishes.
Live Music, Karaoke, Parties, Dancing, Arcade Room, etc.,
Karaoke on Fridays, live music on Saturday nights from 7-10pm, themed parties, occasional late night DJ parties, and dance nights.
